Delivery
All items advertised on this site are in stock and will be despatched within 48 hours of the order being placed (please allow for weekends and Bank Holidays)
Refunds and Exchanges
Conditions:
* We will provide a full refund including delivery costs for a defective or missing item or where requested by you, we can send a replacement item subject to availability.
* contact Isabella’s Handbag Shop at juliewild1@tiscali.co.uk within 7 days of the delivery date, the item must be returned no later than 14 days from the date of delivery.
* Non-faulty items must be returned in their original, undamaged packaging with all tags attached and must be in an unused condition. If we find that the product has not been returned to us in fully re-saleable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item, or deduct up to 50% of the selling price from the refund amount.
* Please enclose a copy of your invoice and contact details when returning items and return to the address provided on the pre printed returns label included with your item.
NB: the pre-printed address label is not pre-paid.
* For non-faulty items we will issue a refund minus any shipping costs and a small handling charge (5%) within 3 working days of receipt of goods therefore customers are advised to use a recorded or trackable online delivery service.
* If a refund is required it will be issued to the card used in the original purchase.
* When returning any product that has been part of a multibuy purchase, you will be credited the difference in value of what you have kept and what you have returned. You would forfeit any discount applied by returning part thereof.
