UK FREE DELIVERY (Courier Service) - we have no control over delivery times and although the majority of orders arrive in 2 working days please allow up to 5 working days for delivery. Orders over £30.00 will need to be signed for. For urgent orders we recommend using Royal Mail special delivery service.
UK SPECIAL DELIVERY - next working day before 1.00 pm (Royal Mail) - costs £5.95 and is available at checkout. This option is available on orders placed Monday to Thursday by no later than 1.00pm. orders placed after 1.00pm on a Thursday or all day on Friday will be delivered the following Monday (if not a bank holiday) Items ordered on Saturday will be posted Monday for Tuesday delivery. Orders sent by Special Delivery must be signed for on receipt therefore please ensure that someone is available to sign for them.
We will provide a full refund including delivery costs for a defective or missing item or where requested by you, we can send a replacement item subject to availability.
* contact Isabella’s Handbag Shop at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of the delivery date for the returns address, the item must be returned within 14 days of purchase.
ITEMS RETURNED AFTER 14 DAYS will be returned to customer, the customer will be responsible for all delivery costs.
* Non-faulty items must be returned in their original, undamaged packaging with all tags attached and must be in an unused condition. Please note, items returned to us in an unacceptable condition, used, smelling of perfume or cigarette smoke, will not be refunded.
* Please enclose a copy of your invoice and contact details when returning items, returns should be sent to the address provided on the invoice.
* For non-faulty items we will issue a refund minus any shipping costs within 3 working days of receipt of goods. We cannot be responsible for lost or damaged returned parcels therefore customers are advised to use a recorded or trackable online delivery service.
* If a refund is required it will be issued to the card used in the original purchase.
* When returning any product that has been part of a multibuy purchase, you will be credited the difference in value of what you have kept and what you have returned. You would forfeit any discount applied by returning part thereof.
